Master Storytelling in a few minutes: what it is, and how to find your way around.

Master Storytelling in a minute

Every message, team and culture runs on a hidden pattern of value, motivation and purpose. We call it the code. Master Storytelling is a discipline for reading that code, seeing where it pulls against what people say they care about, and learning how to change it.

At its heart is the VMP triad: three questions you can ask of anything, from an email to an institution. Everything else on this site builds on them.

Five boxes

The framework comes in five boxes. Each one opens onto its own page, and onto its card packs on the framework map.
